We are a team of four members, dedicated to create an interesting, stimulating and socially benefiting Project. In this case terms “we“, “us” or “our” represent the owners of the Project and the developing team.

Please read the Terms and Conditions as they will apply each time you access „The Website“and to your use of any available services or functionality. We may update the Terms and Conditions from time to time so please review them each time you access The Website.

Making donations via The Website

The Website allows you to donate to The Project. We oblige to allocate 50% of the donation to charity or any other non-profit organization, supporting the great cause. Since the amounts of donations are not clear, we do not stick to a particular institution in advance. However, we oblige to inform about the donations we receive and the exact allocation of the 50% of it. We believe it is a good idea to support a broader number of institutions.

Any donation made through The Website is final and cannot be disputed unless you are able to prove unauthorized use of your payment card. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to report any unauthorized or fraudulent use of your payment card in accordance with your card provider’s rules.

We may need to contact you following a donation made through The Website in order to fulfill our obligations under anti money laundering legislation. You consent to our use of the information that you provide on registration with The Website for this purpose.

You agree that you will not impersonate another person or entity, including making donations using another person’s bank account details or payment card.
